"What supplies do you use in your Bible?" If you're wondering, then this post is for you!
That is probably the most common question people ask me about Bible Journaling. And I'm here to share some of my favorite supplies that I love using in my Journaling Bible!
When I first started Bible Journaling it was tough to know which pens would bleed through and which wouldn't. Over time, I found that the Sakura Pigma Micron Pens are THE WAY TO GO when it comes to putting black ink on thin Bible pages! *affiliate links used*
Acrylic paint is by far my favorite medium to use in my Bible. It allows you to fully customize the colors and style for each page, but did you know that I rarely use it straight out of the bottle? It's true. I almost always water it down before using it on my page. When I first started Bible Journaling, I realized that the acrylic paint tended to appear a bit thicker on the page than I liked, so I added water! *affiliate links used*
Apple Barrel Matte Acrylic Paint (only 50 cents at Wal-Mart)
The Tombow Brush Pen Collection
Whether I want to add a major pop of color to the page or I just don't feel like waiting on paint to dry, Tombow Brush Pens are my go-to! If you're looking for some inspiration for using Tombow Brush Pens, check out my book Bible Journaling for the Fine Artist! I talk a lot about my tips and tricks so that you can get great results! *affiliate links used*
